Be careful of misinformation when dealing with the leasing office. I came into the office with my brother and a gentlemen showed us around the apartment complex. I was interested and informed the leasing agent that I would like to lease an apartment so we began the paperwork. I informed them that my foreign fiance would be an OCCUPANT of the apartment complex and they told me to add her on the application as a coapplicant. I informed them that she does not have a SSN or ITIN number and the leasing agent said it would be no issue and that they could use different methods of ID. I paid the applicaion fee of $350.00 and was told I would be contacted by the Magnolia help desk that processes documents for new residents. I received an email asking for my documents as well as my fiances documents. Passport, ID and SSN etc. I provided mine then informed them that my fiance is a foreign national and does not have this information which I also mentioned to the leasing agent. They informed me that they need this documentation to move forward. Given the circumstances I needed to move into an apartment quickly so In informed the desk desk that I need this process expedited or I would need to make other arrangements. The communication with the help desk is poor. You can only contact them by email and they take forever to respond. When I realized there was no way I'd make my deadline to move in I signed up to become a resident at a new apartment complex. A week goes their magnolia help desk finally resolved the issue and informed me that I could move in. However a whole week after my deadline. Due to the misinformation given by the leasing office and the magnolia help desks inability to expedite the documentation they lost a customer. I felt like I should not have to pay for the application fee because they gave me misleading information. I disputed the application fee with my bank to get the money back. A week or so ago I receive an email that I owe 385 dollar. 350 for the application fee and 35 for an NSF despite them taking the money the day I orginally submitted the application. Now I owe this apartment complex 385 dollars having not spent a single hour living there. I even spoke to their support and emailed them the thread of the back and forth with the help desk and the property management still refused to do whats right.
PS: Spoke with property management and explained the situation and they gaslit me into believing its my fault rather than admitting to the misinformation they gave me. They absolutely did not want to settle nor work out an arrangement.
Absolutely beautiful complex ruined due to being ran by a brutally unprofessional company. We moved here February 2023 and have had nothing but issues ranging from noise complaints at 3 and 4am, cockroaches, drag racing on public streets right by the complex all day and night, neighbors screaming at us to stop fishing on the pond that the complex gives residents permission to fish, and many other smaller personal inconveniences as well. We have been trying to get out of our lease agreement for over 3 months now and this company will not budge regardless of if you are actually getting your money's worth/are actually happy with your living conditions. We cannot wait to leave and highly recommend looking elsewhere if you plan on living in this area. 1/5 rating.
Very clean and friendly place. Highly recommended!
I've lived in these apartments for almost 10 years. From 2014-2023. I can say that the roach problem has improved throughout that time frame. It went from seeing 2-4 roaches a week. To seeing 2-4 roaches a month. So I guess that's better. However the new/current management is ruthless when it comes to money. My aunt passed away suddenly, and my family needed someone to move into her house. I asked the rental office (after 9.5 years of being a loyal/on-time paying resident) if I could break my lease 2 months early to help my family out. They told me no. And it would be a buyout fee of $4500 if I wanted to leave 2 months early. Needless to say I stayed the final 2 months until my lease was up. Also, I couldn't to turn my keys in until the morning after my lease was expired (due to my work schedule conflicts). They charged me an extra $100 because I didn't meet their deadline. No empathy. No compassion. Just money. Finally, when I did move out, I paid a $95 express move out fee (that they offer) to avoid cleaning charges so I could get my deposit back. They still charged me for things like painting, countertop resurfacing, and Ozone machine cleaning. (Mind you I've lived here for 9.5 years). Overall this new/current management left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially for how much they want for rent.
Nicole was very attentive and gave insight on all the smallest of details. I felt very welcome immediately upon my arrival as well as made aware of how things are done here! Definitely considering moving-in whenever that is… I appreciate the time and high amount of knowledge/professionalism from everyone involved in this process as well as the lovely nature surrounding the property. 10/10 recommend giving this place a look…your time and money will be well spent and invested very correctly!
The lady who had assisted us at the Andover at Crabtree, her name is Nicole, went above and beyond what she had to do for someone inquiring about rentals. She was professional and really took time out to help us regardless of whether we proceeded with the company she worked for or not. She is an absolute angel and there should be more of those like her. Thank you so much!
Jorge was very fast and effiicent! Thank you for the prompt resolution
Rodney was a good help when it came to servicing my home issue would highly recommend
